Terms of Service – AleStore

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AleStore and all related services, including AleInfo, AleRegister, AleLogin, AleCrypt, AleCassier, AlePortal, AleStore, AleDJ, Bingo, and other connected tools (“the Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. User Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree not to share your account with others.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activity performed through your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service for:

• Any unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity
• Harassment, threats, or discrimination
• Sharing or generating harmful or inappropriate content
• Attempting to bypass security systems or exploit vulnerabilities
• Automated scraping, spamming, or bot activity
• Impersonating others or providing false identity information
• Interfering with the normal operation of the Service

4. Automated Moderation and Bans

Some AleStore services, including AleCrypt, use automated moderation systems to detect prohibited content and enforce community rules.

4.1 Reports and Valid Violations

• Users may report messages or content they believe violates the rules.
• A report is considered valid only if the system confirms that the message contains a prohibited term or behavior.

4.2 Automatic Temporary Bans

If a user receives two (2) valid reports, the account may be automatically suspended.

• Standard suspension duration: 15 days
• During suspension, access to all AleStore services is blocked
• Repeated violations may result in longer suspensions or permanent bans

4.3 Manual Enforcement

The Service reserves the right to manually suspend or terminate accounts for severe or repeated violations.

5. Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited:

• Content that violates laws or regulations
• Harassment, hate speech, or targeted abuse
• Threats or encouragement of harmful behavior
• Attempts to exploit or manipulate the Service
• Spam, scams, or misleading information
• Content intended to disrupt or damage the Service

6. Service Availability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error‑free operation, or permanent data storage.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AleStore is not liable for:

• Loss of data
• Service interruptions
• Unauthorized access caused by user negligence
• Damages resulting from misuse of the Service

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the Service. Users may request account deletion at any time.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
